method on not stressing?

Its only been 4 months of ttc but it feels like it's been a year! Anyone have any ideas on trying to relieve stress or frustration while ttc or in a 2 week waiting period?! I'm open to anything, just not meanness haha
 
My husband and I actually had to stop for a month to reduce the stress. We have been trying for over a year with no luck. My only successful method is to become busy, not think about it. I found myself staying late at work some nights. I also train horses and give lessons, packed up my client list to the fullest, and go to be early. I have a theory that there is a "method to the madness" of not trying and it will happen. Give yourself some time off, stick to just using condoms, and find anything to do. Hobby, work, be creative. It has helped me a lot and now I am 10 days late and going to test soon. Good luck!
 
I haven't found anything that makes me stress less, but I know for sure what makes me stress more and I avoid it! For instance, I MUST stay off of Google during the TWW. All I tended to do during my first few cycles TTC was symptom spot and Google things just hoping, and in the end it made me fanatical. Last month I stayed away from Google and I was much calmer. I'd say figure out what it is that makes you most stressed during this time, and try to avoid it or find a way to distract from it.
