Mid sleeper beds

We are thinking of getting a mid sleeper bed for our nearly 5 year old son.
Does anyone in UK have any experience of the Stompa brand beds.They look really good but are quite expensive so wanted to know if anyone had got one.

Connor got a mid sleeper bed when he was 4, and he was fine with it. Not that brand though x

Our son got a cabin bed (is that the same - not a bunk bed but half the height) and loved it. He was 4.5. Not sure of the brand but it was well worth it as it makes a cool 'batcave' underneath it apparently!

No experience of that brand (ours is an ikea) but DS got his just before turning 3, he started using it as a mid sleeper at 4 and loved it (still does!).
