Hi everyone,
So my expecting my 4th child in May 2021. So I'm very early. But during my last pregnancies my husband and I had a boy name picked out but we ended up with girls.

So if this baby is a boy, his name will be Ryan Thomas.

I need help on the girls middle name.

MacKenzie Joy

My husband is italian and he likes the italian version of joy, which is Gioia and sounds like "joy-ya"
It can also be spelled "Joi"

I prefer Joy but I think Joi would be a good compromise.

What is everyone's opinion?
1. MacKenzie Joy
2. MacKenzie Joi
3. MacKenzie Gioia

As the father is Italian, I would go with the original spelling Gioia, to honor that part of her heritage.

I'd go with Gioia, it's lovely and is a link to her heritage.
