Midwife at a hospital?

Does anyone know if you can use a midwife but be at a hospital (just in case) in the state of Oklahoma? Just curious. Not pregnant yet but just curious...

I know in Florida you can have a MW in the hospital.

I'm in NY and here you can have a midwife at the hospital that I will be giving birth at. They have a birthing center equipped with tubs for water birth and some other things that I forget...lol. I would check with the hospital that you plan on giving birth at.
