mild pain and spotting after intercourse?

Sorry about tmi.
Earlier on OH and I DTD and I had to stop because I had pains in my stomach. Not like cramps, like an achey "just done a hard workout at the gym" kind of pain, nothing seriously bad but extremely uncomfortable.
After about 10 minutes of lying down they'd totally gone and I felt fine again.
I used a small tampon so I could easily check if there was any bleeding, there was some extremely light brown discharge and a tiny spot of pink.
Has any one experienced this before? Should I be worried?

I've got a dull ache now but it seems like the normal achey nausea feeling I've been getting on an evening.

Sorry if I seam like a drama queen and for the long post, i'm just obviously extremely worried!
Any help or advice would be appreciated xx

I get achy and pink spotting whenever I have sex during first trimester, and it subsides at around 11 weeks or so. For me, that area just gets extremely dry during that time, and it gets irritated very easily. It's common to get spotting and pain/achiness after sex during pregnancy, though.
