mildly painful contractions at 37 weeks??!!

yesterday and a week ago i guess... i got mildly painful contractions (period like cramps and back pain with pelvic pain) yesterday it woke me up for an hour every 10 minutes maybe im not sure but super mild...what could this be ? i never experienced this with my first !!! the first sign of labor with my first was my waters breaking that ended up in a c section . im trying for a vbac so hoping to go into labor before i hit 41 weeks. i take epo (every other day) and drink red rasberry leaf tea just a bag a day.

Braxton hicks? Or could be your body getting ready? Not sure! Good luck x

Early or predormal labor maybe. My Doula believes I've been in predormal labor for 2 weeks now
