milk in breasts

hi girls

i didnt know where to post this so i thought here sorry if its the wrong place.

i had a mmc in feb baby stopped at 6 weeks i got to 12 had a natural m/c all products where away.

it has been 3 months since m/c and i noticed i still have milk in my breast when im in the bath it comes out its like milk colour.

i never really though much off it untill i came out my bath there and i clicked.

my nipples go hard then the top of them turns white then the milk comes out


has anyone ever had this before im really confused.

im not pregrant have my af.

any advice would be great

Firstly I am very sorry that you suffered a loss.

I'm speaking from a nusing mother point of view as I have no personal expereince of miscarriage. All I can say is that months and months after finishing feeding, my breasts would produce tiny amounts of milk at certain times, such as in the bath, in the shower, in bed, basically anywhere where it was warm and I was relaxed. It stopped eventually. However, if it doesn't stop or it is causing you distress then speak to your doctor as I believe they can give your medicine to stop it.

hey hunni, firstly sorry for your loss.

It could be milk, I was given medication after my loss to dry my milk up, if this has not ben given then chances are you may still have some milk.

Go see you doc and he/she can prescribe the medication (its just 1 tablet).

tks for ur reply i thought maybe my hormones were causing this ill make a appoitment with my doc and c what she says.

I got milk for a few weeks after each m/c. I think some women make it easier or more plentiful than others??? It will go away.
