Hi,

I feel crap. Our second ivf and it's ended at 6 weeks, 4 days yesterday. My experience is that my body (I think) got rid of everything at once. I had slight contraction and everything. And I'm pretty sure I saw my baby.

My other half doesn't seem to understand and says that he thinks that at this stage it would be just like a period and that I was being dramatic calling it a misscarrige. It definitely wasnt anything I'd experienced before. I know he might be doing this for self preservation. But now I don't feel justified in how I feel. It was real right? I mean for two lovely weeks the IVF had worked. Now I feel a bit lost and confused. Am I being dramatic?

Sorry, but rambly

:hugs: losing your baby is losing your baby no matter what anyone who could never experience a miscarriage thinks :hugs:. I am so sorry for your loss and everything you're going through sweetie.

Definitely not being dramatic hun, it's heartbreaking loosing your baby no matter how far gone you was, sending lots of hugs to you, im so sorry for your loss xxx

My 2nd miscarriage was at 6w5d and I had small contractions and passed the sac with the embryo. I was expecting it since my hcg levels sucked, but it was still hard. Thankfully I got preggo right after and my rainbow is now a beautiful and healthy 4 year old girl☺

Thank you for sharing your story. I never expected contractions and passing the sac like I did. I'm so glad it wasn't just me who experienced this, and so glad you had a happy ending. Gives us hope. Thank you xxx

My oh did later apologise for the way he behaved. I don't think he realised what happens or how much it affects us both xx
