I had a miscarriage when I was 4 weeks then was told in 1 to 2 weeks I would have my period but it had been a month then I found out I was pregnant again, am 2 3 weeks im getting pain down my right side like I've pulled something

Pains in early pregnancy can be very normal as your muscles are beginning to loosen and stretch. With this pregnancy I got very painful cramps right around my pubic bone. Sometimes pain can be one-sided or it can be all over. Sometimes it feels like stitch as if you had been running too much.

Since you're still early I would pay attention "just in case" and insist your doctor follow up with you. Tracking hcg along with an early scan could help set your mind at ease.

Being pregnant again after a loss is scary and stressful. It's hard to know what is normal and what is not. :hugs:

If you are scared, then call your doctor. It never hurts to let them know something is making you feel upset.

Hi wfc3, I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy which resulted in removal of right tube on feb 5 (laparoscopic surgery). Its been more than 6 weeks no AF yet. I have been tested twice but both the times it came out to be negative. Am I pregnant or do I need to wait for more weeks. Plz help me out as I am desperately waiting to conceive.

If you were pregnant again you'd be getting positive tests. I know some girls are late implanters and don't get a positive until a bit later but I've been on this forum for 5 years and the VAST majority of girls with late AF and bfn are just having an off cycle and are not pregnant. At this point, if you are really concerned, I would ask your doctor for a blood test just to make sure. With your history of an etopic you could play up that side. Say something like "My period is late and I am scared it's another ectopic". Doctors usually take that sort of thing seriously.

Good luck.
