I'm using storage bags to freeze my EBM. I'm only getting about an ounce or two at a time, but the box says not to top bags up with previously frozen BM.

I'm just wondering, when I defrost them when I come to feed LO, is it okay to mix them then?

Also, because I've been expressing after LO's morning feed, there won't be any foremilk there, so when he drinks this frozen EBM he's not gonna get any foremilk... is that okay?

It's fine to mix them once they're defrosted- my LO would only ever eat it if it had been thawed under a running hot tap & then used immediately. Goes off really quickly once out of the freezer.

The rule is not to pour an unfrozen one into a frozen one & refreeze. This is because the warmth of one partially defrosts the other.
