Im a 25 yo with a 6 yo son. TTC since 5/2013 post-IUD removal. Normal cycles, sometimes short luteal phase.
2/28-3/3:Spotting
3/5-3/9: Normal period
3/10-3/14: No bleeding
3/15-3/19: Spotting (possible implantation)
3/20:Extremely heavy bleeding, went to doc. U/S found cluster of 5 cycsts and 2 (2in) cysts on L ovary and one (2in) on right ovary. HCG 1502
3/21-3/26: Spotting)
3/27: AM-blood work PM-Lost consciousness, began heavy bleeding, went to ER U/S Showed 2 cycts on left, 1 on right HCG 4026
3/28-3/30: Spotting
3/31: Still spotting. U/S found gestational sac measuring 4 wk 2 d. Right cyst gone, only 2 on left, still 2inches. HCG 4781. Prog 4.3
What is going on here??? I began taking prog supp yesterday. My concern is my HCG is SOOOO high for this early, but not doubling now... could I have left over HCG from a early miscarriage last month? Doctor brought up molar preg, am I miscarrying? Scheduled for another U/S and HCG/Prog on 4/7. Could bleeding be from ruptured cysts?
