Mooncup. . . .how many days?

Im using a Mooncup to aid conception and wondering how long to leave it in for?

Hi LuckyFlutter. I used softcups this cycle, and got my bfp last week. I inserted one right after, and left it in for about 2-8 hours, depending.

I used softcups, I usually left them in overnight, around 10-12 hrs.
