Hi ladies i really hope no-one minds me making a new thread iv tried to curb my recent posting enthusiasm but today id really like some extra eyes on my tests! Firstly you should all kno i take hpts at all times of the month like a crazy lady even tho we use condoms cos im a shameless poas addict!! :)
Iv been waiting to ov for ages and finally got a decent strong pos opk on cd23 which is a bit late for me. I dipped a hpt in the same sample and thought something was catching my eye. So a few hrs later my next pee was darker so again i did an opk (wanted to see how pos i could get it lol) and again a hpt. Again something caught my eye maybe a lil stronger than before? Iv tried to mark where i see something, bottom test was the darker sample

I see it on the green but not the blue. It's difficult to see on the ic's sometimes though. Good luck, fx for you!

Your one step look exactly how mine did and I got a very clear positive on a FRER same day x

Hey Josephine,
I posted in your other thread but I may as well post here too.
I use the same blue One Step tests as yours here, with the exception of mine being the wide strips. I always see lines on them. Sometimes I don't, but I can guarantee I will see lines on some each cycle regardless of hCG or it being completely zilch.
I am currently 6dpo today, Fertility Friend puts me at 5dpo today, but with all the other signs and previous cycles, I'm pretty sure I am 6dpo. There is little to zero possibility of me being any further than this, therefore it's virtually impossible to impossible these are detecting any hCG at this point - the way things happen don't allow for the possibility. It takes time for a fertilised egg to travel to the uterus and implant (which is the only time there will be hCG in urine), and then a further two to four days for your kidneys to filter a detectable level of hCG into your urine for a pregnancy test to show positive, even faintly.
These are mine from yesterday (top test, dry) and today both with fmu. As you can see, they may be faint, but there are visible lines there, which in all likelihood, don't mean a thing.
I want to show you these, because it's so common for people to see lines like this on their ICs.
If there's been a slip up, and you are pregnant this time, then you will see progression, but these are a prime example of what these tests can do to confuse things! Also, the OPK you posted was yesterday or the day before? Was this the positive you are talking about here? If so, then it's likely you are only just about to or have only just ovulated, which would mean these aren't true lines. Apologies if I have that incorrect, however! X

These are from yesterday, before they dried. The line was visible within the timeframe

And these are yesterday at the top, dried, and the other is from today. I tweaked the image to make it clearer what I can see in real life. The fourth photo is today's a little closer up and slightly blurry, which looks like a pink smudge

That's weird, I see it on all of them, although the ones dipped in the same wee as OPK can be skewed by the OPK.

Good point hopeful i forgot again i always make sure they dont touch after tho. I kno that last green one i def dipped before the opk x

Today with fmu again. I think its darker?! Edit to add a zoom
