Hello, I am new to the forums. So bare with me. We've been ttc for 1 year now. I am 28 years old. I'm on my 4th round of clomid and my doc finally did a vaginal ultrasound on day 11. I had 1 follicle on the right size 6. So I went back today- day 15 and I have 1 follicle on the LEFT this time size 15.
So here's what I'm confused about that my doc could not really explain. What happened to the follicle on the right side from day 11 that was a size 6? She didn't see the one on the left last week? Also- the shape of the one today was "irregular" in her words. Is that bad? The only good thing I heard from my ultrasound was that my lining was nice and thick.
I'm quitting the clomid after this month since obviously it's not working well if I'm only producing 1 follicle. Thinking of trying femara...any thoughts? Well any input would be greatly appreciated!
