Morning Sickness Disappeared at 7w

I was having bad nausea last week starting at 5w6d and yesterday it vanished at exactly 7w. Has anyone experienced this?? I'm so scared that this is a bad sign.

I'm 6 weeks and haven't got any! Symptoms come and go

Same thing happened to me today. I am just 6 weeks. I am trying not to worry though because I didn't have much nausea at all with my first two.
