I feel sick as soon as i wake up and then for all day :(
Iv had to take a two weeks holiday for work because i just can not cope with it at work.

It puts me in horrible moods, and all i want to do all day is stay in bed

uhhh i crnt wait for it to end :(

sorry to hear it :( when did yours start? i heard the exhaustion and morning can last for up to 12 weeks or longer, but generally not longer. mine started at 5/12 weeks i'm only 7 weeks now and today has been my first on my feet and not totally sick day. i felt like i was going to die for the last two days and i know what you mean about got you down. it has been hard to be excited or enthusiastic about anything! I hope yours eases up soon. there are a ton of tricks i learned since it began a week and 1/2 ago and I think that might be why i had a good day today.
1. eat something high in protein before bed - protein drink or almonds, peanutbutter
2. def don't get out of bed before eating toast of crackers. sit there for 30 minutes
3. stick to your instinct. if there's any question it'll make you sick, avoid it. i've been going for potatoes, bread, smoothies with yogurt, fruit, pizza works :) but honestly not much else. but now that i know what i can eat, i eat a lot and i'm feeling so much better
4. drink drink drink. i know it's hard but you can't have energy if you're not getting enough fluids
5. take your vitamins. i stopped for 2 days because they were also making me feel sick, but after i eat, i get at least 1 or two down because i know they help with me energy in the end.

so those are my tricks and i think they are working. hope they work for you!

Have you tried the travel sickness bands? Ginger biscuits (the cheap asda ones were best) helped me. Peppermint tea perhaps? Chewing gum helped for me too x

I so know how you feel. I really wanted to be pregnant and now I can't wait for this bit to be over. Travel sickness bands seem to make it slightly better, and eating small amounts every 2 hours (which is virtually impossible in my job). Keeping it all down is a challenge, though! Finding it VERY hard to keep life going - sat through my annual review trying not to throw up on my boss!
