Morning sickness out your bum?

Sorry for the gross topic but I'm in need of advice asap - I have terrible diarrhea that is now basically just liquid and lots of nausea and a faint pos preg test, so I'm not sure what I can take? I've read a lot of anti-diarrheal medicines aren't safe for pregnancy but I'm guessing severe dehydration is also not safe, so what's the least dangerous one for pregnancy to take? Thanks!

When I was sick and pregnant I drank hydra lite which is an electrolyte drink. Go to your pharmacist and ask. Most are safe for pregnant woman here in Australia and they usually state it on the box.
