Morning sickness tips PLEASE?!

Today is the first day that it's hit me. I've felt yuck all day. Tonight I'm trying so hard not to bring up dinner.

Any tips on how to ease it please?!?!
 
Eat small and often. Eat slowly, and always carry some plain biscuits with you to nibble as soon as you first sense it coming on.
 
Try to eat regularly to keep your tummy lined at all times. I always try to have a carby breakfast like toast, something more filling if you can manage it like eggs. Eat regular snacks and drink lots of cold water. Keep snacks with you at all times. Try to sleep as much as possible as I find that if I'm tired, I feel worse.
 
I found crackers, breadsticks etc helped when I felt it starting. Hope it passes soon for you.
