I posted a thread this morning about a faint postive line.

I was just wondering if you could give me some idea when morning sickness starts approx.

Ive just thrown back up my dinner and not sure this could just be a Co instance. i have a fuzzy headache too which i suppose could be stress :sad2:

Well I was sick as soon as I got my BFP, but I wasn't expecting it so I guess it was just shock. From then onwards I felt ill for like... 6 weeks. SO mine started when I was about 5 or 6 weeks pregnant, but I think it vaires for everyone.

You might be one of the lucky ones who gets none at all!

I've been sick since the five and a half week mark, so less than a week so far, hoping it doesn't last long

I was just going to ask the same. I think I'm imagining feeling sick at the moment?!

I've been feeling sick since 5 weeks and it's continued til today :-(

At first i wanted every sign to prove to myself i was pregnant but i wish they would have kept this sign away!!

i think mine is starting now  they do so its around the six week mark i havent actually been sick but i am starting to feel nauseous

i felt mildly queasy from BFP, but it could have been nerves.
I had a fuzzy faint feeling briefly a few days before the bfp. But real sickness kicked in some time in week 5.

Started at 5.5 weeks and it didn't start to get better until about 10 days ago.

Thankfully it is getting better and better.

MS is just our body's way of dealing with all the good pregnancy hormones.

I remember how sick I would be and DH would keep asking me if I thought I was losing the baby.

"Hell no, this is one sure fire way I KNOW this baby is stuck!" ::barf::

It got to the point on those days where I started to feel better, I would worry about not having enough pregnancy hormones anymroe to sustain the pregnancy.

Now that I'm at the time where my baby should be taking over most of the hormone production (through the placenta), and my ovaries can take a break (way to go girls~!) I'm feeling much more at ease.

Most of the time it gets much better ladies so hang in there and just do what you can to get through it. :hugs:

In my case, I just slept through it whenever I could. NOTHING else helped, though sometimes a small bland meal would ease it a bit.

You have my congratulations and my condolences ;)

:crib:

I was just at 6 weeks and it hit me full force and hasn't left yet.

between 6-7 weeks it hit for me and it didn't really disappear until 20 weeks  I still get sick if I haven't eaten anything and jump in the car too. MS is the worst out of it all I think

I'm 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant and my sickness started about 2 days ago. I'm not being sick but I'm finding it hard to eat food without feeling sick.

can i asked what pregnancy test you used? and when you tested? did you get faint lines or dark ones?

I actually used Tesco's own which I have used before - I tested around 11:30am this morning after the doctor told me to take a test. It as a faint line in comparison to the other line but nonetheless it was a line. A line can't show unless you produce the hormone and you can only produce that hormone if you're pregnant so if it's faint I say you're pregnant.

The best thing do is to do the first urine of the day as the reading may be stronger.
