UGGH!!!! For the past week I've had to run out of class and throw up, almost threw up in the car with my step mom today -___- and I still haven't talked to my parents about it so that would have been all bad.. But yeah I'm almost constantly nauseous, it's hard to eat anything at all :/ is there anything that has helped you guys with morning sickness? Cold drinks usually help a lot, but sometimes I'll even throw that up

I used to get morning sickness so bad, every single morning until about 11am. I usually kept salt and vinegar chips next to my bedside. Before I would even sit up in bed id roll over and eat just 1 chip and it would calm my stomach enough to get up and laze around for a little bit. Ginger drops are good too especially in school! You just pop em in your mouth like a cough drop and bam! Hhaha also make sure to drink enough water! I didn't while I had morning sickness and ended up dehydrated and with a UTI:\ congrats on your pregnancy good luck!!! Hope this helped a little. :)

Up until nearly 4 months I had crippling morning sickness all day every day :/ nothing helped, especially as i'm so terrified of being sick, I'd panick and that would make it worse, but I found sitting still outside, sipping water and doing controlled breathing helped a little, or anything that helps you stay calm :)

I've had really bad sickness, and it lasts all day. I tried dry toast for a while but it didn't make much if a difference. My mum has suggested eating ginger biscuits but they've not made a difference either :( maybe I just hate to wait for this symptom to pass.

Thank you ladies! Yeah I'm hardly 4 weeks and It's so hard for me to eat): the vinegar chips thing sounds good! I heard eating when you get up in the middle of the night can really help your morning sickness, I can only imagine what the rest of my pregnancy will be like lol

You never know, you might be like I was I only had morning sickness the first trimester! After that I was perfectly fine! Hoping for the best for you! <3

Fizzy orange juice, travel sickness bands, dry toast, the fizzy juices worked best! :)

Blah, morning sickness is terrible! Hope it clears up for you soon. :hugs:

I read this and just thought I'd say I'm sorry :hugs:
I had to deal with this all the way up until 25 weeks or so and NOTHING helped. I tried absolutely everything I got so desperate! Sometimes I'd just cry because I was so tired of getting sick! I begged and pleaded, dear god you can give me every pregnancy symptom in the book just please, PLEASE take away my nausea! (did I mention I was really desperate?:haha:) finally it stopped though around 5 1/2 months and feeling relieved is an understatement to say the least.
I didn't just get nauseous either I got SICK all the time, twice a day even. One time it even happened three times and I was scared haha.
I was also really underweight when I got pregnant so I knew keeping food down was extremely important. A lot of times I'd puke in the middle of my meal, just to go back to eating the same dish (gross I know, but I had to eat!)
My OH made me a birthday steak and potatoes dinner when we were camping (I went camping for my birthday) and I ended up loosing that too... worse time Ive ever been sick in my life and I'm not even going to describe why
I would cry all the time because I just didn't want to get sick anymore! I just thought I'd share my stories haha and I really really hope you don't have it as bad as I did! Good luck hun! :flower:

Oh and I thought I'd mention that parental vitamins can make you sick as well! I tried changing them multiple times and finally the doctor told me to take flinstones vitamins instead.. coincidentally my nausea went away. I have no idea if it was because of the vitamins or if it just happened to go away around the same time but figured I'd suggest that if you haven't tried it yet!
