If you're getting sick as soon as you wake up, you can try keeping saltine crackers by your bed and try to eat at least 1-2 of them before your feet even hit the floor. I know it sucks to eat but if you have at least a little something in your stomach, the morning sickness isn't too bad. I also found that sucking on sour hard candy(lemon drops, Jolly Ranchers, etc.) really helped me.
