I've been snoring for a little while now due to my stage in pregnancy (wasn't a snorer before) but my DH just told me that how loud I am! Apparently last night he was in the living room, I was in the bedroom, and could hear me over the TV! (We live in an apartment). He found it funny but I'm mortified  Anyone else a loud snorer? I feel like a man!

Hahaha I'm not normally a snorer but I am now! I'm 39 weeks an I have a cold so I snore like a pig haaha I have even woke myself up snorting hahaha x

I've woken myself up too! I did this morning in fact. My DH loves it because I'm always moaning at his snoring, so now the tables have turned he's giving me a taste of my own medicine

This is so funny cuz my husband told me about my snoring this morning! I've never been a snorer until now! I actually woke myself up with it earlier too! I find it quite funny!! Why is it we are suddenly snoring?

I snore too now apparently :dohh: You try having a baby squishing your lungs OHs :growlmad:

I wake myself up snoring at least 8 times a night. And when I don't wake myself up my oh does, he has a theory that if he pushes my shoulder it stops :/. Not sure he realises it's coz it wakes me up.

Haha oh no ladies, we're turning into our men....Nooooo! My DH just loves it, the big meanie!

Mine is awful, it actually stops me from napping sometimes where it's so loud! And I find myself doing it awake too, just sitting watching tv and I snore/grunt! My oh finds it v funny! I really hope it goes away when baby is born, it's something to do with the swelling of the membranes in the nose!

I've also noticed I've become a serial dribbler. I must admit I did have the odd dribble before pregnancy but now I wake up in a pool of it. I find it strange when ive otherwise not had any excess saliva.

rofl my four year old daughter is like that expecially if she is poorly. We can hear her from the kitchen which is other side of the house, it really makes me giggle!

me i made my poor oh suffer for four weeks when i had a bad cold, he said i shook the walls..... <_< but now nothing, when he told me i was so embaressed lmao

I'm exactly the same! My poor pillow! Snoring and dribbling, how very attractive

My oh has started to inform me that my snoring is getting louder and louder, but im just so exhausted by the time i go to bed! I have to admit I know it was bad last night, as I woke myself up >.<

Im not a snoring. I only snore when ive had a drink and that aint been for a while lol

I'm snoring soo badly! my hubby is so tired poor guy! and i'm a serial dribbler too - what is happening to us?!!!

Love this thread!!

I've never really been one for snoring unless I drink! But now there's apparently no stopping me. Snoring gets worse with weight gain so it's prob due to that and everything pushing our lungs.. I have woke myself up a couple of times with a snort :haha: to be honest I had such a problem sleeping in early pregnancy I'm just glad to get some decent sleep..

Yes thats me - I have always snored - when I lost weight I didn't snore as loud - but when I became pregnant my snoring was unbearable - me and hubby sleep separately as hubby couldn't sleep and didn't want to wake me up to moan xxxxxxx

Leturally this morning OH made me move over and be on my side, he said I sounded like a rhino!

I wake myself up with snoring sometimes but OH says I'm really bad now!

Ladies, you've made me feel so much better knowing I'm not alone  I breathe heavily now too, i'll just randomly notice it whilst I'm watching tv. I feel like such a bloke, but I refuse to scratch my nether regions or sit there with my hands in my pants...that's manliness gone a bit too far

This post is hilarious... I've spent the past 5 minutes laughing to myself because i can so relate to it. After my OH returned home from his late shift he remained downstairs for a while with the tv on and could apparently hear my snoring from upstairs with the door almost closed and the living room door slightly closed. I still find it hilarious but yes, slightly mortifying... don't get me started with the river of dribbling... :)

This is me also. I am so bad, I hum and moan in my sleep while exhaling, its some kind of sleep apnea. I've done it all my life. OH hates it and on top of this I have ben snoring since pretty much 2nd Tri, I must breath loud too as Mum asked me the other day, "Are you having trouble breathing, your breathing quite heavily" LOL, no.

OH has resorted to wearing earplugs but still wakes me up several times a night telling me to shut it. I honestly cannot hear it either, I think I am awake but hes still telling me to shush, So i say "im not making any noise" But i obviously must be?
