Motabolisom tablets

Anyone know if you can take tablets from holland & barrett that speed up your motabolisom when takling citalopram? x

I've not idea they was just half price so thought I'd pick them up.... They just say fat metaboliser on the box? I just don't want to start taking & they react with the citalapram x
