you can NEVER be tired of 60 minute makeover i promise.
hahahaha! true. it spurs on my nesting SO badly though!!

OH OH OH loisP, about SPD, have you been to see a physiotherapist? my midwife referred me and i went today, got a support belt and a giant body sock tubi grip thing and so far it's a fucking god send! she gave me loads of info and i found it really mad helpful, got another appointment for her to show me stretches and ways to use my gym ball to help.
so seriously if you've not been, GO!!!!!! :) xx

Thank youuuuu :)
no i haven't had any help from it, i got told that she's gonna put me on the list for physiotherapy next time i see her but never heard anything about it. My midwife is useless, i might go to my doctors instead and say about a support belt and that sock thing :haha: arrrr nice to know there are things that help... woooo

MOVE DAY TODAY! and all I know is I'm taking all my clothes, toiletries, xbox, dvd's and mac haha. Everything else I'm going to leave at mums and pick up over the week cause I got most of it off and the weather today is crap. But regardless I'm excited! First time I've lived on my own :)

Thankyou! Breaking out a sweat already because we live on a 3rd floor flat and trying to carry my stuff down is hard! Oh well I had 4 bin liners of clothes :)

definitely push for it. i managed to walk all round town yesterday with the support belt on, which i haven't been able to do for weeks. the giant sock is supposed to be for at night but i didn't find it helped at all with turning over sadly :(
but the support belt for the day time, doesn't make the pain go away but gosh it made it a lot easier to cope with!!

&&&&& good luck with the move laura!

Awww I've been like that. Today was so stressful I took it out on Scott and felt really bad this morning I just made him breakfast in bed. But omg. Realised my mum forgot to bring my straighteners over :( need to go home tonight and get them!

Oh my god! Girls guess what? I cleaned my whole house yesterday and cooked dinner for my entire family  i'm soooo motivated!

And its sunny today :D it always makes me feel better and cleaning and cooking and washing etc etc etc is so much easier whn its sunny!

How's everyone?

i just washed my car!! where the fuck did that burst of energy come from?! i swear nesting is supposed to be around the house, washing the babys clothes etc.. i'm sure the baby won't care if my car has a bit of bird poo down the side!

House is pretty good. Got loads to do still. And work keep making me work extra hours. I'm so so tired! Got loads of unpacking left!
