I started feeling definite movement last week. Baby was very active two days ago, but not as active yesterday. I read this is normal, but it still makes me anxious because I want to feel baby more! Anyone else have active days and not-so-active days with baby?

Yep. I'm 20 weeks and can feel the baby more days than others. It'll become more frequent the stronger they get. They're still being active in there, we just can't feel it all the time yet :) i can feel her better if im lying on my back

Yes, in the early movement stages it's very Normal to have some days where you feel a lot of movement and some days where you barely feel any

I have an anterior placenta and while I have felt her a few times it's only when I'm absolutely still and even then I'm like "I think(?) that was her" haha. My doppler has been a godsend. Everyone told me "oh by 17-18 weeks you'll feel her everyday!" then I found out about my placenta and the Dr told me it might be about 4 more weeks before I'm sure it's her.

From 16+4 I felt first movements/kicks. Then didn't feel anythin for 2 days. Then felt it again then nothin for about 3 days. Then from 17+4 I have started to feel him every day- some days he is more active and some I will just feel a kick or two in the morning and at night.

Think it's completely normal.

I still only feel baby every few days. Yesterday I felt so much movement I thought for sure I would feel it regularly now but today I've felt nothing!

Totally normal. Tuesday my baby wouldn't hold still, yesterday was quiet, not sure what's in store for today yet!

Yup! I usually find baby is either active nonstop or has a really lazy day. She's an awkward little madam at scans too, either keeps wriggling and squirming or lays really still in an awkward position :haha: takes after her mum obviously :dohh: tehe.

I'm so glad I'm not alone in feeling baby less some days... It's a relief!

I love feeling baby <3

Same here, have just started to feel some real movement and I love it, I hate the quiet days (today is a quiet day, barely felt anything and I hate it)

Yes I feel him more certain days or even times of days, then next to nothing for a while. Remember they do sleep/rest in there too. Kicking and moving 24/7 would be exhausting! ;)

My little guy was flailing about on my sono yesterday and I only felt a few of those movements, so just because we don't feel it doesn't mean they aren't active either ;)
