I had a search online and it appears no one really seems to know. When I have been in pharmacies I have seen it behind the counter so i don't know if they allow people to buy it in certain circumstances or whether it's prescription only.
My daughter has cosmocol - the kids version , on prescription, I don't think its available without prescription, she is a patient at the continence service - you can get a referal via the gp - but it was a 5 month wait to see them !
