Ok, so I'm almost 34 weeks and I went to the bathroom and this huge mucous plug came out. It was bigger than a half dollar size and there was a tiny amount of blood in it. I've been having some contractions, pelvic pressure and stuff on and off for a little while now. Should I go see the doctor, or just stay at home and see if I start to feel worse. I'd hate to go get strapped up to the monitor for nothing, last time I got checked I was 1cm dialated and 30% effaced.

I'd call considering how early you are, they might want to stop your contractions?

I would call as well... I'm in the same boat as you only I have funneling of 2cm no plug lost but you can never be too safe especially if you can buy some weeks.,:flower:

Losing your plug does not mean labour is imminent and the plug can regenerate its self. However along with contractions and how early you are I'd call for some advise. X
