I am lacking knowledge in the mucous department. Correct me if I am wrong...
Before ovulation is supposed to be clearish and more like egg whites, and after is to be white/creamier/thicker?

I am on clomid and know that it doesn't always produce the best mucous conditions. I guess my question is what should your mucous be like at the end of the 2WW? As you are getting closer to getting your period does it thin out again?

It varies for different women what exactly happens. Mine is lotiony until the end of the 2WW and then it dries up, but the day AF comes it gets lotiony again. Some people get tons of EWCM as a pregnancy symptom. Some don't. The important thing is to know what's normal for you and look for changes, I think.

^ couldn't agree more.

I usually get sticky for only a day or two after AF, then I'm creamy creamy until Ovulation. I have not gotten EWCM, but mine's really watery, like spit (sorry if that's TMI lol). Then I return to creamy post-ov, until my period.

But everyone's so different. I've just learned to watch my own body and note unusual changes. :)

Well, the fertile CM is either watery or EWCM. I think that it is creamy or lotiony during the 2ww (mine is) but I'm not sure if that's right for everyone.
