OH has agreed that if I hand them to him every night, he will start taking any vitamins/supplement tablets that I'd like to help with this TTC lark... problem is... I have no idea what he should be taking..
So does anyone have any suggestions as to what OH should be taking?
    Thanks

My OH just bought regular multi-vitamins for men from the store and started taking those.

From what I have researched (& dh started last month) multivitamin, zinc, vit. c, vit. e. DH complained at first but got used to them quickly and has even started taking them on his own without me just handing them over. Bought a pill organizer though to keep track - makes it easier for both of us. Oh and he's also taking bcomplex.

My DH took Zinc our 3rd cycle ttc with DS and I got preg that cycle (it was also my first month with Evening Primrose oil)

We have just repeated history and did the same on our 3rd cycle ttc no2 - and sure enough I got a faint bfp on 11dpo..... so I highly recommend Zinc for him and Evening primrose oil for you up until you O!
