I'm currently taking the pregnacare folic acid with omega 3, and i'm wondering is it safe to take multivitamins as well? The reason being is hat my nausea is pretty bad so i'm off food - worried baby is getting all the vitamins she needs.

Im not sure about this one hun, ill look in my books! Oh and...." she " Freudian.....???

I'm trying to even it out. You see the OH and his brother constantly refer to bump as a 'he'. :D

I found this...you have to scroll down a bit....

Just following on from this, the vitamin A in regular multivitamins is usually pre-formed Vitamin A in the form of retinol, which pregnant woman are meant to avoid over a certain level. The pre-natal vitamins contain vit A in the form of beta carotene, which is safer for us.

i take my pregnacare at night as i think it makes me sick so i sleep through it . but i think it has all the vits etc that u need ? aparently if u keep it down for 10 mins at least u get some x
