I know this is may sound stupid BUT I have never changed a little girl before and i am having one and it is seriously playing on my mind the whole changing the nappy part.....wee im fine with but the poos.....does it get all in the creases?? how do you clean them if it does?

Im really worried and i dont know why.....girls seem more delicate than boys....

It's fine, they've got the same bits as you lol. Just always remember to wipe front to back.

The hospital will show you but always wipe front to back never up, may cause and infection.

Yes and it does go into the creases lol , expecailly after a HUGE poop ! But its fine , you ll be ok when the time comes

also be prepared for a little discharge in your baby in its first days. This can be white or blood-stained and its all hormonal

Like the girls have said, wipe front to back and "get in there" when you clean her..things get funky down there pretty quick if left to own devices!!
