muscle knot in neck?

hiya have any of u experienced this if so what does the knot feel like and where was it located in the neck? thanks

I get them all the time; sometimes it feels like the side of my neck has stiffened up, and something it actually feels like an huge lump under the skin (usually at the base of my skull).

exactly what nic1107 said, a small lump in the muscle. Try to rub it out, stretch your neck, have a hot bath or shower to ease the tension
