I know they divide people but for you mushroom lovers out there, what recipes do you like?
I am a bit bored of mushroom pasta!

Hi Iau!

I'm new here but I saw your post, and I have to say: "I love mushrooms!!"

Now I'm addicted to shiitake with sausage!! I put in a frier pan a little bit of olive oil with onion, then when the onion gets goldy I join the sausage...taste it and correct the flavour with salt. Then I eat it with a vegetables mix!!

I love mushrooms! I scramble eggs with cheese, mushrooms, and green onion. I make stuffed mushrooms. Mushroom pizza. Mushroom gravy. Fried mushrooms. Mmmmmmmm....yummy.

Yeah my dad used to make scrambled eggs with mushroom too!! Now i'm hungry!!

How do you stuff your mushroom? and with what^?

I use a bread crumb/cheese/crab mixture. My SIL uses cream cheese and chives. mmm!

i love mushrooms.

i added them to spring onion & scrambled eggs earlier - ive felt sick since
wont be doing that again!

stuffed mushrooms, i stuff with cous cous mixed with chicken & cheese, sometimes bacon ..
