I know they divide opinion, but for all you mushroom lovers out there, what recipes do you like?
I'm a bit bored of mushroom pasta!

Take a portobello mushroom. Cut it into 1/4 inch slices. Top with dill, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and saute in olive oil till crisp on edges. Take it out and plate it and top with fresh sliced Parmesan. And you are in for a delectable treat!! So yummy! I use this as a main dish for our vegetarian nights.

Mushroom risotto, stroganoff, curry - particularly like mushrooms in korma.
I generally just add them in with things like beef stew, bolognese, make a sauce to go with chicken or steak.
Xx

Stuffed mushrooms. Yum!

Take a mushroom (large flat one is best), remove stalk and fill with anything really. I usually use Pate. Add parmesan & breadcrumbs and place under the grill for a few minutes.

I love mushroom pie. It is a bunch of different types of mushrooms and shallots, and garlic I think, cooked for about 20 minutes in (I want to say sherry, but it's probably just wine or even stock), stir in some double cream and then put in puff pastry. Bake for about 40 minutes. Yummy.

Stuffed mushrooms are fab. I stir fry tomatoes, garlic, peppers really quickly then stuff and bake

Stuffed mushrooms! Why didn't I think of that. I'm trying to eat less meat so that sounds good

Mushrooms (portobello ones) remove stalk add Stilton cheese melt in oven and add Parma ham and poached eggs. Lovely!

This sounds amazing. Definitely going to have to try it!

I want to try this soup: https://www.molliekatzen.com/recipes/recipe.php?recipe=wtrcrss_soup

I made watercress mushroom soup before and it was delicious...but the second time was not and I believe it was the broth.
