My 2 month old Son

Ok..so my son has just turned 8 weeks. How much should be eating? he is on Cow and Gate formula, I'm worried he is drinking too much!! x

Babies dont have a set amount they drink they drink as much as they want. How many ounces is he having and how often?

He's having 8oz probably about 3/4 bottles in the day and about 1/2 at night. is this ok? I havent had him weighed recently but am on Friday due to his first jabs on Monday. I just think it's quite alot to be honest! Sometimes he will eat like 6/7oz but most of the time he is drinking it dry xx

That is completely fine he is a growing baby and theres growth spurts. They put on quite a bit of weight in the early months at around 6 months it slows down x

My LO was exactly the same at that age Don't worry - babies don't know how to be greedy and he'll only have what he needs. If it was too much he would just bring it back up xxx

Jayden was a hungry baby (he's now 2 in august) he would drink 6oz every 2 hours day and night until he was a few months old, he gained weight quickly also, though he did slow down and by 8 months was on 6oz x3 and now no longer has milk except in food/cereal.
