My baby has gone....

I had my first scan today....I was supposed to be 9 weeks and 4 days. I was so excited.....but my baby has died, about 4 weeks ago. I have had a missed miscarriage.

I don't really know what to say or think. I have to go back tomorrow for a D&C. It just all feels so unreal.

Sorry to hear of your loss, and I know exactly what you mean! It feels like a very bad nightmare and you just want to wake up. take it one day at a time but it wont ever go away. I just joined here looking for support myself after lossing my little girl at almost 20weeks due to a missed miscarriage. Hope it is some help knowing you are not alone in your pain.
