I had been losing my plug all weekend 16th & 17th March, Went to get a sweep on my due date 18th March.
I was contracting that morning aswel starting at 1am. I had no sleep since the 1st contraction.
Contractions were 10-20 minutes apart, lasting 30 seconds.
I had my sweep done and got sent home. Contractions were going all day.
18 hours had gone and it was 8.30pm, I tried to get some sleep. I layed in bed and I felt a pop and my waters broke on the bed. After that my contractions were 2-4 minutes lasting 35-40 seconds.
OH took me to the hospital and I was admitted and they gave us a nice maternity suite. I had contractions all that night, but then my contractions went irregular going every 5-10 minutes again, lasting 40-50seconds. Babys heartbeat dropped at 4am in the morning, so they checked me and I was ONLY 1CM DILATED I was so disappointed from the long day and a half of no sleep and contracting. They hooked me up to the monitor and it was so uncomfortale having to lay still and in pain every 5 minutes
I was also vomitting up my fluids. I couldnt keep anything down.
Babys heartbeat came good again and I was aloud to go for a nice long hot shower. The doctor wanted to bring on the labour with pitosin and morphene (not sure how to spell those words lol)
My midwife arrived at 8.30 am and wasnt keen on bringing on labour with all those drugs and stuff... So she started pressing my pressure points etc all morning and labour started to kick in.
Conrtactions carried and got stronger 2minutes lasting 40 seconds. I kept yelling out for pain relief but she said I was still getting short contractions and it was too early for drugs. This carried on for 3 hours. To this point I started getting really shivery and hot flushes, I kept telling them to turn the fan on an off every couple minutes lol.
So anyway, 3 hours... I felt more gush of fluids flow out and I felt alot of pressure and I kept yelling out I need to take a shit!!
So midwife checked me and she laughed a little and got up to kiss me on the cheek. She said your 9.
I laid in the bed so relieved. They walked me to the birth room I had 1 more painful contraction to get me to 10.
I got into the bath tub...
My mother and sister got to the room just in time for me to start pushing.
I laid in the tub with my midwife, OH, student midwife, my mum and sister around me waiting. I had a big cup of ice cubes to suck on, my midwife had her cup of tea while we were waiting for my contractions to kick in between pushing!
It was a bit of awkward silence at times haha my mother asked my sister "so how's your dogs"? My sister "yeah they're ok" 
I pushed a few times and my midwife said she can see red hair. During that contraction I yelled out "WHAT" then she laughed and joked no theres no red hair lol.
I pushed nice, peaceful and relaxing for 25 minutes and little Kaylee was put onto my chest. It was absolutely unreal.
I ended up getting a first degree tear.
I did it with 34 hours of no sleep, Irregular confusing painful but unbelievably with no pain relief.

I was niggling for 2 days, contractions were 10,15, 20 minutes apart, then they stopped as soon as the sun went down.
On the 3rd day, contractions started again at 7:30am, they were 15, 20 minutes apart.. Half the day had gone and they went to 10-15 minutes apart, I started losing bits of my plug through the afternoon.
I made dinner, made my daughters daycare lunch for the next day, got her clothes ready for daycare etc and cleaned the house to keep my mind occupied. I decided to call the midwife to let her know that I'm in early labour, so she told me to stay home as long as possible and try to get some sleep with a couple of pain killers.
Sleep was impossible, so I stayed up watched TV, had some dessert. By 10pm, pink watery liquid was found on my sanitary pad and droplets in the toilet as I went (sorry for tmi) and*I found I had to get on all fours for every contraction, they were every 8 minutes apart by this time.*
I decided to get the broom out and sweep the floors again and use the broom to lean on and dance my hips side to side.
My 2 year old dd, kept following me around the house, she could see something was happening with me and she wouldn't go to sleep
OH Was sleeping
12am midnight, contractions were 5 minutes apart and stronger. I managed to check my cervix to see what was happening.. I was completely thinned out and I could feel babies head
, so I decided to call the maternity ward and let them know I'm on my way. I called my mother to pick me up and take me to the hospital as my dd wouldn't go to sleep and we thought it was a better idea if OH stayed home with her because she is very clingy 
Got to the hospital and I was examined, I was 4-5cm and my midwife said well done for staying home until I was completely thinned out.
They took me to delivery room, and on the way the fecking fire alarms were going off and we were told to evacuate and I was on all fours with contractions while going to the emergency exits.. Then to be told, it's a false alarm
In the delivery room, I decided to stand and sway my hips and hum while I exhaled. I started spewing at 3am and I was 7cm. I got in the bath tub and I hated it so I got out. I laboured some more on the floor with a mountain full of pillows with back labour ONCE AGAIN ( I had back labour with dd too)*
I started pushing and got back in the tub. I pushed and waters broke, I got examined again and was only 8-9 cm

I got out of the tub and I was shivering freezing cold I was kicking and screaming while I was naked all over the pillows on the floor going insane out of my mind, trying to focus on the Himalayan salt lamp to keep me calm, time passed and at 4:45am I was 10cm YAY
pushing was hard, I'm screaming, on all fours with my head in my mothers lap, I'm hanging onto the chair legs that she was sitting on. I'm yelling "get out you little b*stard!!!"
his head popped out and went back in only once (thank god)*
Pushed his head out and he started to cry while the rest of his body was still inside me and I could feel him breathing and everything lol. It felt so gross lol.. Midwives pulled his shoulders out and I caught him ☺️☺️☺️ I turned over and 400ml of blood gushed out and i got the needle jabbed in my leg.
My mother cut the cord.
He poo'd meconium all over my stomack lol thanks son
My vagina is a wreck, although I only tore once, it's right near my clitoris area, the bitch midwife never stitched me up
All worth it though
OH and dd came to visit 2 hours later xx
