My bump looks and feels smaller than it did two weeks ago?

Baby is strong and kickin' so I'm not worried about that. It's just strange. I should be getting bigger!

I had the same problem and my doctor told me that it was because of the position of the baby. Nothing to be too worried about, unless your weight drop as well. I would still bring it up to the doctor, but that is what mine told me.

Measure around your bump and measure again in a few days.
It could be baby has changed position hence looking smaller.

If you are concerned speak to your midwife to get checked, she'll check your fundal height etc
