My child the acrobat - nub theory

I'm 11 weeks 5 days today, and baby is measuring 12 weeks 3 days. Little one was being stubborn this morning and showing their face when they were trying to get the NT scan. And, s/he kept flipping around and my one picture doesn't give a good look to try to guess on the nub theory.

Does being upside down make the theory invalid? I usually have a really hard time picking out the nub anyways so I thought I might get some other opinions.

We're really hoping for a girl, but after a couple rounds of ivf we realize we are blessed regardless!

I don't see a nub, but I would guess boy, based on skull. It's still a bit early though. When do you have your next scan?

It's slightly early for nub guesses and the angle of the photo is throwing me off, but I'm going to guess "boy".
