This is my 2nd (Wonky) cycle post d&c and I'm ever so confused.

Last cycle I had a slight LH surge cd17, but didn't O until cd28 with a 14 day LP. This cycle I was very ill right after my period (fever, cough, laryngitis) and my chart definitely was all over the place, I started getting watery & egg white cm around cd 15 then had + opk's cd 17 & cd 18 (2 days of + are the norm for me) which took me by surprise as I wasn't expecting to O, as cd 17 is "early" for me. I had severe O pain, nothing like the usual twinges I experience... It was almost like a cyst had ruptured and had a stabbing pain that radiated from my side to the midsection of my lower abdomen. Moderate pain on the other side, it's as if both ovaries were being twisted and stabbed.

Anyhow, We definitely worked hard to bd during my fertile window. BUT my temp remained low until this morning, which although It did rise, I was not impressed lol. I'm still not counting myself out but is it possible that I did O and just got bad temp readings because of my nagging cough throughout the night/early morning? Also, If this was just a strong surge, would I have felt the excruciating pain I experienced?

This is my chart so far....
My Ovulation Chart

I wish I could help but I'm clueless on temping, just wanted to wish you luck xxx

Ovulating cd28 after a miscarriage is pretty normal. Periods return 4 to 6 weeks after on average.

I'm not sure what the pain was but maybe it was a cyst that burst. Occasionally women can get them and I have read that they are really painful. They can also delay you from ovulating.

When do you normally ovulate?

Post op my cycles have varied so it's hard to pinpoint exactly what CD I o but they (cycles) seem to get shorter as the months go by. I did O on CD 20 and am 7 dpo today... My chart however is very different from previous cycles so in hoping that it's a good thing. I normally have very erratic and rocky temps. Since O'ing they've seemed to slowly climb up.
