My First FS appointment - Off to EPU??

I feel a bit bewildered to be honest.

I got a very feint yesterday, so i went along for my appointment as scheduled for confirmation/clarification etc.

the did a test with the same FMU as me and got a feint line but said he wouldn't confirm it on that result.

So i went ahead with the internal examination, smear, various swabs (made me bleed ), and blood tests (inc a pregnancy one) and i will need to go back in 6 weeks for test results and should start clomid then.

i will get their blood results on friday but the dr is expecting a neg!

I don't get it! i always though a line was a line on a hpt?
Now i don't know what to think - am I or aren't I pg?

i plan on testing again at the weekend as that would make me officially late by going on the very latest signs of ovulation on my chart.

I've removed my ticker for now until i'm certain where things are going at the moment, as i am not sure where i stand at all - confused!

Hey littlestar! Sorry to hear your in limbo at the moment - having never had any form of a I can't really give advice but like you I did think that whilst false negatives were possible, HPT's are now so sensitive false positives are not! Unless its picked up a chemical pregnancy (which again I have no experience of!)

All being well i should get the blood test results tomorrow - but i'm not holding my hopes up - DR was expecting them to be Neg!

I'm trying to keep a level head - but i'm so tired! it's been a crazy busy week and i'm working tomorrow (normally at home on friday) so i'm testing with FMU with a cheapie tomorrow to see if it's any stronger.
I still have cramps, i have spotted a little (but could be due to me keep poking around in there - worried is coming!!)

Thanks for the encouragement girls - but i'm still not convinced yet!

i got the call back from the hospital today re: blood test results i've been asked to go into the EPU unit first thing monday morning!!

so i guess they actually believe i'm pregnant now! i can't believe it. i'm a bit like i'm stuck in a bubble at the mo and i'm not sure how i should feel.I did have a bit of blood this morning which scared me but i still had a
