They tried to turn him this morning but unfrotuantly he would not budge.

For anyone getting their baby turned it isn't anywhere near as bad as the rumours I heard. If it hurts they stop as it shouldn't and they give you an injection to relax the muscles. I let them try for about 30 mins but his bottom is stuck

Booked for a c section on Tuesday at 11am. Nervous and excited now.

Does anyone have any tips for packing for a c section. As he was head down for 10 weeks I never even considered it as an option unless it was an emergency.

Hope everyone is well haven't had chance to read any posts but will try and catch up with them this evening.

THank you for all the on going support on my other thread

nighties and loose pants hun and big knickers anything digging in your scar will be uncomfortable for few days. x

oh and take enough stuff for few nights stay x

thats a shame but he is obvious to comfy, exciting you are going to meet your bundle of joy in 4 days,
loose clothing is a must
goodluck and look forward to a update on tuesday,
xx

Aww at least you can say you tried hun. For a c-section I'd pack a few days worth of high waisted pants a few sizes bigger than the size you normally wear, this is so that the band doesn't rub against your wound oh and make sure to pack loose clothing to wear for when your going home. Good luck hun :D xx

Thank u! I will make sure I have giant panties.

Would a nightie be better than pjs ? I know I'll need a few just don't know what of.

i found nightie best for the day after then i used pj's x

Good luck, how exciting meeting ur little baby in a few days. Hope it goes really well xx

My ECV failed last time as well - babies bum could not be pulled out of my pelvis.

At least you know you tried your best!

So exciting that you now have a date!!

Pack for 2 nights anyway - just same stuff as normally except 3 or 4 sleepsuits for baby rather than just a couple.

I would recommend front opening pjs for breastfeeding or at least just for skin-to-skin as then you can be very discreet and dont need to be totally naked!

Just like you were scared of the ECV and it wasnt as bad as you thought - it will be same with your c-section - it will be an amazing day!!
