I agree with the UK thing (N.Wales) but I still kind of like it.

I prefer Noah personally but maybe Levi works a bit better with your other names.

Levi makes me think of Attack On Titan which is a super gruesome anime.

I prefer Noah in general, but with your other kids names I like Levi with them a bit more. I'm in the U.S. and from where I live, there's no association with the name Levi here lol.

I prefer Noah My son's name is Jonah (pronounced like Noah but Jo- nuh) and it always gets tons of compliments. Noah is really popular round my area at the minute but it is a gorgeous name :-D My last little bubba (if he is a boy, will be Reuben. I've always adored the name Reuben and might finally get the chance to use it His middle name will be his gran dad's. I know what u mean though about agreeing, we really struggled to agree on Jonah's name every time I suggested anything hubby would dismiss it but wouldn't actively look himself!! We finally fell in love with Jonah and it couldn't suit him any more. I do like Levi too
