My Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy results

Great news!! I am normal with no scar tissue and my tubes are fine and they are opened!! I am so happy, I was really worried about this procedure. My incisions hurt and I have a really bad sore throat from the tube down my throat. I got shoulder pains from the gas they had to fill my stomach with. Feels like a bad neck pain from sleeping the wrong way. Anyhow, I'm recuperating and excited that I can start to TTC again. Woot!

Hi akcher

My gyno has requested me to have a Hysteroscopy as the last one i had was 6yrs ago that was normal but since i have asked for a second opinion at st marys thesa want me to have another Hysteroscopy done before november,

I cant remember having this Hysteroscopy 6years ago but on my records i have had one i think they done this when i had to have a dnc when i lost one of my pregnancys

What do they do could you talk me through it please hun

I really wish I can be more helpful but they put me completely to sleep because I had the laparascopy done with it. I did not feel any pain down there afterwards though. Most of my pain was the 2 incisions they made for the lap. They gave me a pill to open my cervix the night before. I had a day of bleeding and that was it. I hope others here can give a better recount of what goes on during a hysteroscopy.
