my laptop is talking too me!!!

No, I am not going crazy, somehow I have managed too turn a talk over thing on (didn't even know the laptop had one!!!) and now every time I change page a voice starts telling me about the page - what web browser I am using, like he just told me I am on safari, baby and bump, post a new thread and now as I am typing he is saying every letter and space
