Hi ladies,

soo things arent looking good for me (see my chart below) but the only different thing that has happened to me this month that hasent in previous months is that I have beyond sore hips. Ive never felt this before, and was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this as a symptom? I personally havent but who knows

also, if you could be so kind to take my survey on my ff chart I would appreciate it!!! thanks ladies!!

Sore hips could be a sign! Have you adjusted your temps where those open circles are? You may have a triphasic chart just from looking at the closed circles... it's better if you take your temp at the same time every day to get a more accurate pattern! FXed for you!
