My beautiful girl just had her first litter. I thought people might like to see puppy pics as they grow?

The dam is my Cocker Spaniel (hip score 4:4, clear of glaucoma, DNA tested for FN and PRA, patellae nice and tight). The sire is a Papillon stud dog (BVA eye tested, patellae good).

They're actually Cocker cross Papillons, magicwhisper. They will probably look more Cocker-like though. Their eyes are now open. :cloud9:

They're gorgeous, would love to see updated photos!

Why did you breed mutts? Lol

They're cross-breeds, not mutts - mutts are mixes with uncertain ancestry. They are responsibly, ethically bred, with everything I can do from mate selection onwards to ensure the pups will have healthy, happy lives, which is more than I can say for many purebreds. If anyone is actually interested in my future plans etc, PM me and I'll send you a link to my website.

Excuse the quality of the pictures, crap camera + fast-moving pups = bad photos!

They're SO cute. I think cross breeds done properly can be better than some pedigrees, the best of both worlds!

So cute xD

I have not seen dog like the dad but I have heard of them
They defiantly have cocker in them :haha: cutest puppies are cockers :haha:

The father and an up-to-date photo of the girl.

Cute puppies, but I must say, as the owner of CH paps this makes me sad.

They are cute, as are most puppies, but I have to agree with others, I am curious as to why?

Why? It doesn't affect your dogs in any way. And there's no reason to feel bad for either the pups or my bitch, they're looked after well, bred well, we fully health tested before breeding and made sure the pups went to fantastic homes. I breed for health and temperament foremost, which are of course what matters to the dog themselves, not their physical conformtion or whether they've won titles. I notice you mention your dogs beauty, but out of interest which health tests did you do, and what COI do you breed to? I have been hearing recently that syringomyelia being found in Papillons, which of course is terrible news.

I will IM you with my website if you like? It's a bit long and involved to get into here!
