My lo'a gas smells like rotten eggs, why? *update*

The waking them to feed is only in the early day since they can dehydrate or get jaundiced and be too sleepy to wake to feed, obviously not feeding makes the problem worse.

Once baby has regained their birthweight let them sleep if they want!

We had that problem with him that's why they said I had to wake him every 3 hours to feed at first until he was 3 weeks old actually. He was 6lbs 15oz when he was born and as of yesterday at almost 6 weeks old he's 8 lbs 5.5oz.
 
Lol then I am super jealous! My lo does ok during the night. Goes to bed around ten, wakes up about two, and then again about six or seven. Can't wait till he sleeps through the night!
