Here is what I'm thinking for this cycle. I think some of my problems have to do with CM so I'm trying to focus on that, especially since I'm taking Clomid Plus there are signs of a hormonal imbalance (excess androgens), so I'm trying to combat that with diet.

-Clomid 100mg (monitored w/ ultrasound) days 5-9 with hcg trigger shot (Ovidrel).

-1 cup of grapefruit juice a day (plus as much water as I can handle) leading up to ovulation.

-200 mg Guaifenesin 3x a day leading up to ovulation

-Change in diet (lots of veggies, fruits, high fiber, low animal protein, plus spearmint tea, green tea, and licorice root tea for hormone balancing)

-Women's multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin E, calcium, B complex

-BDing in the morning

-Preseed

-SMEP, except without OPKs as I'll be monitored!

What do you think? What are you trying this month?

(I posted this on TTC #1 as well, and then realized it was probably better here since there are a lot of people on TTC #1 who are just starting out)

:)

Hey,
Sounds like a great plan! Also just wanted to add a few other things that I've been doing to address a lack of EWCM.

Lots of carrots (read somewhere this helps)
Evening primrose oil 3000mg/day (until ovulation)
Vitamin B complex (50mg, once/day)

Not sure which ones are doing the trick but I've noticed a big difference, like from none to some for a few days now every month. My best guess of what is actually working is the vitamin b complex and carrots as I was trying EPO, grapefruit juice, and reg. robitussin for a few months prior without any luck.

As for my plan, I'm still trying to work on finding the motivation to get back on track.. but I'm hoping tomorrow (cd 4) I will get back into the swing of things :) I know one thing for sure- I'm going to try to work out really hard from cd 5-12 in order to delay ovulation until I get back home to hubby lol Might be crazy but I'm hoping it will work; in the past whenever I've worked out around that time ovulation has been moved back from cd 13/14 to cd 16/17 so I'm hoping it'll work in my favour this time :)

Best of luck!!!

Ooo yes, I'm also taking a B complex but I forgot to edit this post! So I'm doing that too, and I did buy a bunch of baby carrots, so I'll make sure I eat lots of 'em! Do you think I could take evening primrose oil while on Clomid?

I'm just so determined this cycle!

Best of luck to you as well, I hope you are able to delay it hahaha :)
