My pram shop has shut down

its so unfortunate you didn't use a card to pay, then you'd be covered by the card company. But agree with ^^, check with trading standards/citizens advice etc for your rights in this. its such a shame x

Ah this woman is totally ignoring me and other half now. Shes not appearing on the insolvency reg yet and the company is still solvent according to companies house so i feel like my hands are totally tied. I dont know how people can do this.

Oh I spoke too soon. Apparently she can get us the pram by end of this week/beginning of next. I hope shes not stringing us along but will give her the benefit of the doubt until monday, not much else i can do really!
